Experts in the house, please I want to know if 4m Naira can complete this 5 rooms and parlor self contain. The project is at lintel stage already.

to I'm not an expert in term of building project but I would give you an tip advice partaking to my experience.

With the 4m you should be able to complete the project since it's already in lintel level and only if you're not a luxurious type who have a very high luxurious taste (you should understand what I mean).

Use the normal longspan roofing sheet, look for 2 good carpenter to do quotation for the roofing for you and go for the fair one, buy your roofing wood yourself by taking someone who know good woods for roofing (don't take the carpenter to where you intend buying the wood cuz he might go buy and receive returns and tell you the wood are okay), monitor the project yourself.

The finishing part try to use basic quality material that are not so expensive then you're good to go.

You can always cut down on building cost without compromising quality if you can supervise the project yourself and buy materials too. Otherwise, get good hand(s) to do both.
