Bought Xiaomi before relocating to Canny land... I never regretted buying the Phone since it is serving its purpose even at -25 degree weather ... Phone makes sense dieee, except for the unsolicited ads that pop-up when launching apps

You can stop the ads from popping, search "how to stop ads on Xiaomi" or try disabling recommendations for each respective apps

Where as samsung has released theirs since last 2months.

I remember how they sent me android 8 update when i was using Redmi note 5 and immediately i updated that was it, the phone couldn't bootup fast again till it couldn't boot up at all. These chinkos dont have the power to handle update, my neighbor using a techno foolishly updated to 10 now come and see hanging. Iphones are the only phones to successfully handle 4 consecutive updates without lagging.

Ordered the phone on the 8th of April sha. Somehow the thing reach my hand oo. Even the screen my guy ordered on Ali-express came in. Don't ask me how cuz i don't know.

Following several complaints from the first update which cause the fingerprint sensor to fail amongst other issues, Xiaomi has pushed 3 subsequent updates with fixes for those issues.
