They may follow the same pattern as its based on blood kinship. If he's given right of abode, his blood siblings may also be entitled to that right because of that unless he said they were adopted. The truth here is sacrosanct. If no test is conducted, he'll smuggle his best friend into America.

Why would a man do that? Why won't the woman tell the boy who his real father is so the guy can have a rest of mind? Why would she want to die with the secret and burn in hell? It is pure wickedness on the part of the woman.

A sensible man should just reveal the truth to the boy and even try to find out who his real father is...so the boy can meet his father. This is the best move in for this situation. You can't bring a boy to this world and be lieing to every one. Even after the husband found out and pulled himself out of the boys life, the woman is still hiding it from the boy
