BlackSpanner:That statement was made based on their knowledge of how nomadic and lacking in respect for laws and policies for which Nigerians are known for. Have you not been seeing the news about how humans beings are being packaged among cows, goats and grains in trailers across various state borders That's the point where they based their statement regarding the virus getting to all states on. |

There is more to it than meets the eye. WHO just announced that Africa will be the epicentre by July. How are we sure they are not making another strain of the virus that will trive in temperate regions, especially Africa? The truth is that NCDC cannot be fully trusted. |

What I do now is exactly opposite of what does guys say... They just want to depopulate the world. And make money for there matters. NCDC knows nothing. |

Believe NCDC on this COVID-19 brouhaha at your own peril.. As for me and my family, we are under the protection assured unto us by Almighty God in Psalm 91. No plague shall come nigh our dwelling!

coro News Don tire me abeg.. but when I heard that ncdc chairman made that statement that coro will go round the country.. I shock... this is more than a pandemic this is a Plandemic. I am not doubting the fact that we have coro in Nigeria o, I am saying its all part of a grand plan. please you all should watch the movie "DEAD ZONE" shot in 2003, the movie is all about a virus, pandemic .. what got my attention is the name of the virus in that movie is COVID-19, chloroquine was mentioned as a cure, it was an airborne virus and everyone wore mask at the latter stage of the virus, everyone were on lockdown as we are now... in the movie, the virus and lockdown were planned by a selected powerful few.. this is just what is playing out now. search for "Dead zone" on YouTube n watch the movie. thank you |

This article is plain stupid. This is a national issue and states should be mandated to send in samples. It is form the samples that we can know the true extent of the spread of the virus. Wonder how someone wakes up and just writes trash . Seriously? |

I was surprised to receive a msg from NCDC dat says if I have fever or cough I should report to their station for testing. at d beginning of the rain there is usually fever n cold. people like u are d ones who tag every death as covid 19 case. d case of Benue index case comes to play, 45 days in isolation with no drugs yet she is still alive n u claim she is a carrier |

Blogsphere:Do you know that all vehicular traffic from the east and west to the North of Nigeria mass through Kogi state? There is no way Kogi can be left out in the spread of the Corona virus. Does Kogi state have an isolation center to hold suspected ases of Corona virus patients |

I strongly doubt a Doctor, Medical Doctor, wrote that. The NCDC was being brutally honest. It refused to politicize the Virus or even give it a religious color. When people said we should shut our boarders as far back as January, some said it was wrong. The Virus can survive our hot weather, Religious leaders were sure it won't reach here and govt did nothing. The NCDC said clearly said it will get to all States, knowing fully well that the amt of testing done was low, the porous state boarders and the indiscipline of our wonderful people was a sure way to transfer the Virus. Kogi State the serves as a confluence center for travellers from both side of the River Niger can't truly say its free from the virus that uses humans as its mean of transport. If truly they have no case, then their actions or otherwise should be a blueprint for other States. And if Kogi got nothing to hide, why worry about what the NCDC team will find. The state is an APC state, and he does not trust his own FG? Anyway, the Virus can only be hidden for a short period of time. Kano state is a case study |

NCDC fans itself in self-praise of testing 25,000 Nigerians in the last three months, while its counterpart in South Africa has tested over 100,000 within the same period. It should face its business of scaling up its testing capacity and leave Kogi State alone.Kogi have warned hospitals not to report any suspected cases. Kogi has tested zero cases. That South Africa tested 100,000 but Kogi refused to test even one person. Common sense should tell you that you cannot record cases when you are not conducting any test. I heard his interview when he was asked how many persons the state has tested but he gave no answer. If every state decide not to test do you think that we are going to record any case. Time shall come when we shall know who is fooling who. |

Blogsphere:Who wrote this nonsense? I doubt d Ph.D in ur name. Hw can u have a case wen u don't test. Test must precede confirmation. Some weeks back, I called a friend in Kogi to know if truely no case, he said der was no case cos he couldn't c any death yet, at least victims death should confirm d case. Later last week I heard (from another source) death wer recorded in the hospitals but no sample taken! This is very bad! D case might b low because of d very harsh weather n topography (different organism survive at different height) but we need to know wat we r dealing wt! |

ncdc said after 14 days, you start seeing the symptoms but had been in this issue more than 2 week yet no any repot from kogi and cross River. then leave two state focus on other states where they have it more . |

They would have started recording and reporting deaths even before kano state na, since Kogi is like the centre of 'all vehicular traffic' like you said. My thought though! GOD HELP US!! portacabin: |

IFNOTGOD:No but should be tested as not to infect others. What is now the essence of the temperature sensor placed at every strategic places? Are you saying people with symptoms that can be either positive or negative should not be tested? |

it is just a matter of time. the reality will show in Kogi. This is how Kano was denying that there was no Covid-19 in the state. Today we have seen the reality. The unfortunate thing is that the covid-19 will not be selective when the pandemic arises rather it will hit the innocent in the street.,.....anyway I rest my case. |

You have said nothing! This whole thing is tiring already, we don't more emotional and sentimental bad takes. How did states without international entry points get the virus? Wasn't it through movement? Kogi a major route to and fro around the country supposedly hasn't recorded any case yet , isn't it better to ascertain now than when it blows out of proportion?. A state that is bordered by 9 states with covid 19 hasn't recorded a case, shouldn't that be cause for concern. As I speak I know people who travel from FCT to kogi hitch free so tell me how kogi is safe? The sooner the virus is curtailed in every state the better for us all. If truly kogi has nothing to hide, shouldn't yahaya be happy to show it off NCDC knew what they were saying about covid spreading to all states eventually unless Nigerians finally decide to be stationary oh and also border control becomes totally enforced. Stay Safe |

Kogi and Cross River are COVID19 free? Time shall tell Kogi that is a bypass to wherever you are going in Nigeria has recorded no case even when the State is not on lockdown. Time shall tell. I hope when it boomerangs y'all will not blame Buhari and NCDC for not doing enough for Kogi State. I hope y'all won't cry foul. Yahaya Bello is not willing to give palliatives that why he has refused to lockdown his State He doesn't want to take responsibilities for people that will be isolated reason why he doesn't want test to be conducted in Kogi I have said mine, time will tell! |
