Very commendable. The Hon. Chairman did very well but I think we need to add innovations to our approach. The lockdown and making general things scarce is not helping matters. Wike should enforce safety guidelines and not Lockdown.

Banks need support to open more payment points and employ extra hands for customer care points. People should be encouraged to use emails more often than visiting banks. And bankers should be prompt in response.

Make more cash points and cash service centres. With innovative ideas, we can reduce the crowds.

Funny, after locking them indoors you don't expect a crowd? Lol, the countries who successfully enforced a lockdown made sure people are feed and taken care of. In the UK if your food finish you call the police, they will ask you what supplies you need and shortly after they'll deliver it in your door step.
