I disagree with any one that wrote this Kogi state share boundaries wuth8-9 state and every one of dem have a patient of covid -19 Just last week I traveled from enugu to abuja I went kogi the governor is not helping matters Country dat have try in containing this virus are those dat have done more test 2day nigeria with more than 200million pupolation has don only 30,000 test Do u no nigeria is the only country in the world with huge pollution with less than 10,000 case What nigeria need is to do more test and one foolish governor don't want summit sample for test |

huptin:The actual numbers of deaths caused by Coronavirus in Nigeria is not up to 150. A lot of those deaths are due to other ailments in addition to old age. This is why NCDC don't give details about those deaths! I want to add that if Kogi state is left alone and nothing like mass deaths or serious illnesses happen in the state, then the SCAM of NCDC will be exposed for everyone to see and that is why they want to roll out Fake positive tests figures for Kogi state by all means to cover up their nefarious activities! |

BlackSpanner:These are the people we should avoid. Because his relative is yet to die via the virus he's seeing everything as scam. How will a sane government be losing billions daily by closing it's economy because it wants to cash out a few billions from donors? People need to really reason before they talk. Whoever calls a disease that has killed over a hundred Nigerians a scam deserves to feel the pain those in mourning are feeling. I rest my case. |

kikero:What exactly is ur problem with Nigerians. For every issue that you respond to, you always find a way to blame Nigerians. I'm sure Nigerians are not the most mobile people in the world. So, why blame their movements for the spread of virus when it's obviously due to govt incompetence? |

Agboriotejoye:Well, considering most people are not adhering to lockdown, and considering most people were not taking things like social distancing seriously, plus tales of people bribing their way through state borders...what did you expect.? Nigerians , including myself, need to take some personal responsibility. Maybe things will change...government inclusive. |

| Re: Covid-19: NCDC's Questionable Mission in Kogi by Agboriotejoye(m): 10:30pm On May 12, 2020 |
kikero:Talking of responsibility. A govt locks it's citizens at home for almost two months and can't get a hand on the cause of the lockdown. How responsible is dat govt? The security agencies who have made bribery their modus operandi are also a part of govt. That's where I believe the shoe is pinching us |
| Re: Covid-19: NCDC's Questionable Mission in Kogi by Nobody: 10:35pm On May 12, 2020 |
Agboriotejoye:The alternative is government not locking down, and at the end of the day, the number of severe cases of covid19 overwhelms our hospital beds... (In the USA, if there was no lockdown, there would have been 10million severe cases needing admission. The number of hospital beds in the US is less than 1million. Let that sink in..and then extrapolate the thinking to developing countries like Nigeria. Scary. And the economy would be in even worse straits to boot.). The sad thing is that our economy is so poor, it can't pay for palliatives to keep us comfy during this period. But the thing is, that is why Nigerians should stop voting for parties like APC and PDP that want to share money, and start voting in parties that actually want to develop a productive economy...or failing which put pressure on their governments. |
| Re: Covid-19: NCDC's Questionable Mission in Kogi by Agboriotejoye(m): 10:42pm On May 12, 2020 |
kikero:I disagree The alternative is govt locks down and does massive testing and isolation within a month. That way we can move downwards the slope quickly not just doing lockdown because others are doing it. Lockdown is supposed to be a means to an end not an end itself. |

There is sinister plan by NCDC. A group led by a monster. Why would a public figure like that said the demon called Covid 19 would enter every state. They should be held responsible and sued for that. If they can't managed just Lagos and Ogun State, then they have failed as a unit. |

princeabba:do you that the DG of NCDC was part of the players that partcipated in event 201- a conference that predicted/simulated a similar pandemic in 2019 https://www.centerforhealthsecurity.org/event201/players/ihekweazu.html and more https://guardian.ng/features/health/preparing-private-sector-for-next-pandemic/ |
