Nigeria sef. When E-Money and his elder brother Kaycee Limpopo were in the street, police didn't investigate him oooo. Now he is rich, they want to investigate his wealth. Like my brother OC Emcee said: "Nobody investigates ur poverty".

I am happy that E-Money has the "required" Goodwill that set him free (within a few hours) from this aborted embarrassment. Emeka is a good man. He is different, benevolent and very humble. Some Igbos do not love themselves shaa. Sad to note that E-Money's travail was championed by a fellow Igbo man. Nya dibalu Chukwu shaa.

If people have not started suspecting and investigating the source of your fund, then you are not yet there.

I don’t think the report says the police want to investigate his source of income. I guess it’s investigation of how he got policemen as escorts.

No legitimate hustle can fetch you that kind of money in Nigeria within that short period especially when you were not born with a silver spoon. E-money should enjoy his wealth for as long his secret is kept secret.

If he was suspected to have committed crime while poor he would have been investigated.

He's being suspected now because he did not enjoy his wealth in peace without showing off and state police as his underdogs.

It's not about witch hunting, it's about accountability.Why didn't he ask police officers to be opening car doors for him when he was poor? nobody was after him untill he started using police officers like domestic workers.

Lol! Too many illiterates are in Nigeria. In saner climes just spending a certain amount of money on an item could invite the IRS knocking at your door steps. woe betide you if you can't give a decent explanation.


The opposite is practised here. An armed robber and kidnapper could be trekking today and the very next day he'd be balling and driving exotic cars, telling people "God has finally done it". I have discovered that the core problem of Nigeria isn't the government but the society.

Poverty stinks. When you are poor, you are nothing but when you have money, that is when you know the number of people that like you and hate you.
