This one is simple, why don't you tell your parents or someone elderly that you feel can handle the situation.

Take it to the security agencies (police) for threat on your life and he should be made to sign an undertaken that if any harm befalls you he will go in for it.

Change your place of residence, some where sort of far from your current school residence
