Alphabetically, ethyl and methyl would not have come after propyl, they should come before.

This answer is right, just that, ethyl comes before methyl before propyl (alphabetical order). Hence, 3,3-dibromo-7-ethyl-2,2,4,6,6,7,8,8-octamethyl-4,5,5-tripropyldecane

look at that carbon numbers (positions) before it sir starting from where I placed 1 in the structure and trace the parent carbon chain
