The story is a bit fishy, and there are a lot of holes in the case.

But, I strongly suspect that the issue is money, and the disposition of it. And when a man has money, and a lot of it, it can cause issues and divisions between him and his family.

I also doubt that a medical doctor would be MissJasminePN to defraud the man of his money, along with the Matron too. I also suspect that the issue is between the Sister of the man and his lover. or lovers....plus the man was most likely a 'ladies man'

But that is not up to me to decide...it is up to a court and the Police to decide. All in all, we haven't heard the whole story, but I suspect at the end of the day, no one is going to come out of this looking good at all.

2. When deteriorating mentally, legally hand over your medical/financial decisions to someone in your family you trust (or very close trustworthy friend, who is rich already and no go need your money) or a reputable lawyer or your bankers.

According to the story, his family took him to a hospital in Abuja, where he was receiving care.

It was at the hospital that he met the said lady, and eloped with her to Lagos.

How was the woman able to leave the hospital with him, if his family were around, this wouldn't have happened. A lot of Nigerian families and siblings only care about what they can get from you, when trouble comes, they abscond, they are uncomfortable with sickness or mental health issues. They probably took him to the hospital and left him there.

Exactly what happened. You get sense.
I work wimin LUTH. I have met her before. She always comes to take the man's ATM card and withdraw huge amount of money.
Anytime she comes around, she collects her card and withdraw, it was later instructed that she shouldn't be allowed in again.
Cos whenever the man gets his senses he always laments how come the money disappeared
