No, what is happening is that countries are gradually coming to terms with living with the virus. It's called a social end to the virus. Where people stop having fear of the virus and go on about their normal lives regardless of casualties. Similar to how we are coping with HIV, Malaria, seasonal flu, all of which still kills hundreds of thousands of people every year. etc

oh, ok, makes some sense. But I still feel the lifted restrictions could be liken to a game of Russian roulette, like a deliberate attempt to get a lot of people infected, and as we all know, its potential death for some.

They put the country on lockdown when cases were small and now they want to open the economy when cases are high...

It means there is no justification for the lockdown in the first instance...

COVID 19 test is a joke.

PCR is used for sequencing genetic material, not diagnostic testing. it's wrongly andnormally used in the porn industry to screen actors for hiv...very crude and cheap alternative to real testing.
A serious disease like coVid19 should never use PCR as standard testing.

False positives everywhere
