No doubt you might be an introvert. Beside we are saying same. The OP said he need help over his anger management. He is actually battling between his insecurity and a "supposed to be" extrovert.
I am also an introvert. There is one thing introverts have in common, detail analysis and paying attention. Within split seconds, introvert can analyse and determine the end result of his/her action which makes them more calm and gentle.

It helps you calm, I was once like you with massive OCD symptoms, I have literally stayed in a room without stepping out for one week that's how my own reach. I had crazy anxiety problem and hot tempered until my 2nd year when I first took weed since then I'm always calm and haven't had any trouble with anyone though I'm still very introverted
