Greetings House.

There's this BMW 5 series(BMW 521i)(E39) I want to buy, it's clean and sound.. though fairly used. Its 6 straight plugs. Some say i should go ahead that its a good car that will last and i will enjoy, while someone said it use to have multiple electric problems.. Pls who know or have used this car that can advice me?

there is no 521 series but 520i, 523i, 525i and higher models.

The 520i is a rugged car, it will serve you well if you take good care of it. But will it be your first time to own a BMW car? Do you have a competent BMW mechanic?

Its my first BMW car and am strongly advised not to buy it.

Buy and drive. Just ensure that the water pump plastic impeller is changed to metal.

Why not allow the Op to respond accordingly?

You have nothing better to do, I guess. You had to create an alternate moniker to create trouble.

Get yourself busy with something more meaningful....
