Girls do not need NYSC to be promiscuous, anywhere they are, if they want to keep multiple sex partners, they will. The brother you're sorry for is probably busy cutting his own share from another girl while forming loyal to his girl.

It is a male & female issue and takes a lot of self-discipline and commitment to relationships to be faithful/celibate. While the ladies sleep more with their fellow corps members, the guys roll with the ladies and women of their host community.

First step is identifying with your religious fellowship and other accountability partners so you don't have the illusion of 'freedom'.
