Brother, seriously i don't buy to this your idea. Firstly, they are alot of people following this thread without commenting or reacting to any post. We've heard/seen many followers here being scammed Because they trust their prospective seller and they wanted to abide by the so called pay before delivery procedures.

I mean, how can someone come out to advertise his/her product and expect us to pay a whole 24k down. Imagine paying 24k to a total stranger. And if anything happens tomorrow, we will be the same people to call the buyer names for not being smart.

WHAT STOPPED THE SELLER FROM OPERATING pay on delivery method?

Rice is a physical product.
No honest person would tell someone to pay before delivery of a bag of rice or a physical product.
You either mention your office or shop for anyone interested to come and see physically and buy or you take the good to the address of the buyer or an agreed location,he/she sees you,sees the good and buys and both of you part ways.At most you add the transport cost.
Jiji and other online stores specifically even warn against people paying for ANY product before physically seeing it and concluding on any deal.
So who are you,when other big Time online retailers know the harm and tendency to defraud people when anyone tells you to pay before delivering.
Anyone that pays u is a big time dunce and deserves whatever happens to his/her money.
