So they should start picking people up at random for tests? So far there are no suspected cases, then there won't be contacts to be traced and tested.

Well if there’s a lockdown and nobody has reported sick with symptoms that’s a good thing.

However there cud be asymptomatic cases bt all that shud have Cleared with a 2weeks or 1month lockdown. I think.


Tests can still be conducted for formalities or double checking tho.
