Like any learn-able skill, easier for some people to master ?. Yes

Cooking isn't an inborn skill (no one is born with the ability to cook). It's learned, but it's not rocket science because anyone can learn it, even if it's just the basics. With all the cooking videos on YouTube, cooking shows on TV, recipe books and magazines available, you can learn. It's just a matter of taking interest in it and putting in the effort.

It is just hard for some people to learn.
Just like math, not everybody gets it.
