1. Go to battery optimisation and remove restriction from the VPN
2. Go to phone master.... Fast charge.... Smart charge and select the VPN not to be affected..
If the above methods fail to work, download greenify from play store and add the app you want to keep running in background to it..

I have obtained my Africard since like over 3 weeks now and have not been able to verify my PayPal*l. After so many failed attempts which led to me creating and deleting and repeating sane process over and over again, cos I had thought at some point that the issue must be with how I created the account, maybe I didn't follow the guide well enough.
