I personally would not encourage the use of the Ankara face mask base on the fact that it ain't safe.

I understand the fact that alot of our local tailors have taken the advantage to produce bulk of it now flooding the market but it is not safe. We need to be cautious.

N95, KN95, M3 still remains the best.

Even the recommended face masks are not to be worn all the time because you can't breathe out 100% before inhaling it again. Ankara face masks if sewn well is better that most face masks parading the streets.

When I breath out, before all the exhaled CO2 passes out through the clothing, I'll need to breath in again, and in that instant, I'll take back some of the stale air I pushed out and the effect is felt immediately through my nostrils up to my eyes.
I don't need doctors and WHO to advise me on this cos I already know it's harmful and I don't use it
