Bolt is not an app, they need to find sometin to do about all dis nonsense. They just sent a review of d 18th to me now, trip of 2800 turns out to be 3700. This morning I pick one stupid girl thats toying with is village people, she told me she is going to Ikeja, where by this mumu girl is going to a nearby bank and told me she only want to pick sometin from dia we proceed, but due to d crowd outside, she keeps repeating "No! No!! This crowd too much"... Las las she use me do 3 stop over before returning back to PU, trip that was showing 1200 change to 1k. My last trip now, is from omole to ICU, trip end at 1700 without traffic, had to tell d rider to pay 1k while I review, I pray it doesn't return as 1700.
The app is becoming more annoying by the day, but anytime you negotiate with rider don't bother to review otherwise you will be shooting yourself in the leg.
Because when they finish reviewing it the rider is long gone and they will still charge their commission

Last week I noticed that if you use Ikoyi toll gate, the system will debit you on the screen but if you check your balance on the app you’d find out that you have not been debited. That didn’t stop me from topping up my account.

I used the bridge yesterday and my account was showing -680. I say wetin happen Na I think say una they do giveaway angry, the guy in the booth said no but he’ll let me go but I should top up my account.

This morning I recharged 2k and they removed their money. I used there earlier and I met queue longer than usual at that time, I later discovered that I was not the only one affected, saw different cars with negative balance.

Who else noticed this?
Had same experience yesterday, but i was allowed to go I guess their system was having either a glitch or network issues.

At bolded ...that's too risky. The guy fit don dey owe money before u might not know.

If rider is owing money on uber, it will estimate it and you will know. I've never witness issue of owing money on bolt.

Sure I don't always review, but most of these riders will ask for review

"The company said in a blog post here it had spent $19 million as of mid-May in direct two-week financial assistance to a total of nearly 48,900 drivers worldwide who were infected by the virus or ordered to quarantine."

Any driver here can testify to this?

Learn new thing about bolt this week.

I took a rider from his PU point to his destination n back to PU point after waiting for d rider for almost 2hours at his destination

At the end of the ride bolt show 1500naira only calculating the hours x 10naira and the 2.7km

Whereas after checking it on bolt to n fro is close to 12km .

Since den I don't do return trips, i rather drop you at your destination n end the trip n u pay the equivalent amount back to your PU point

UBER NEW FLEET DRIVER MANDATORY AGREEMENT

Section to Note: 2.5.1

It clearly states that there is NO Employment Agreement nor Partnership, Joint Venture or Agency Relationship between them and us (even though in the entire text, we're called "Partner Driver's"wink

They conclude by identifying themselves as only a "Limited Collection Agency!"

In essence, what this all means is -

* Uber has Removed themselves (by your agreement) of all of any complicity to pay government any monies towards 'Operational Lisence' or any other form of taxation on us or our vehicles

* They have clearly told you that even though they determine your fare, recieve 25% of ur EVERY EARNINGS, can block, suspend or cancel your account at any time or for any reason they doeem fit....THEY OFFICIALLY DO NOT RECOGNIZE YOU as an employee or partner

* When you click "I Agree", you can hardly Sue them to Court over any issue & win

* When you click "I Agree", you work for them with NO insurance over your limbs, life or vehicle!

JUST TO MY OWN UNDERSTANDING ooh
You mean you read through all of those agreements?? Nawao

Lol... You need to be intellectually smart to earn well dricing with bolt else you'd just doing a give away for both rider and taxify.

Bro in the case of next time if it's a cash trip simply update destination from your driver's app to ibadan then when you're getting to the final point update it to the destination and see how your earning goes.

The language at which the bolt app is programmed is very very bad... Everything negates the driver but favours the rider and bolt itself.

Bolt staff self are another pain in the neck, the way they reason and analyze issues is weird, unprofessional and senseless to say the least.

Another annoying part is, their only competitor uber is just getting weaker day in day out. And, I still can't relates why most Nigeria prefer them to their rival despite their atrocities, bad records and bad reputation.

You haven't done anything wrong.

As long as your riders agreed to going offline with you,it's your car, your time, your energy, your fuel and even your health.

You owe taxify no apologies.

Payments for all commission debts should be made to the Bolt (formerly Taxify) Account, using your Account code for quick processing.

Account Name: Taxify Technology Nigeria Limited
Account Number: 1015255841
Bank: Zenith Bank

In the narration box put your Account Code.
Also note that it may take longer for you to be unblocked since you are making payment on weekend.

Use your banks mobile app. USSD doesn’t offer a space for narration. Or look for someone who can help you do the transfer from his or her app, take a screenshot and send it to them via email.
