senatordave1:What proofs do you have to that effect? PDP was the Imo choice after the he'll Imolites suffered in the hands of APCs Okorocha. The least party they'd vote would be APC. Uzodinma who came a distant 4th was 'magically' transformed into the first position. Only in Nigeria will that ever happen. 3 Likes 1 Share |

Igbosmoker: No I can never do that though nowenuse and blackking will like me to.ibibios are very numerous.they make half of akwa ibom which is 5 million giving ibibios about 2.5 million. Ibibios are very good travellers like yorubas and igbos.they are the largest non indigenous ethnicity in cross river.they outnumber the efiks in calabar and the state by far.they have a large population in rivers.infact, they are almost everywhere in Nigeria... On the other hand, efiks are very few.they are found 5 lgas of bakassi, akpabuyo,Cali south,Cali municipal and odukpani.odukpani is about 300,000 and efiks make up half.in Cali municipality, they make up 5 out of the 10 wards though the quas are politically dominant in this LGA.majority of the people in Cali are settlers.efiks control 5 out of the 12 wards of Cali south.they are a minority in bakassi and ibibios outnumber them in akpabuyo which they share with the efuts.I'll say the efiks are 400,000 or less. |

Yujin: Pdp was no choice.it was a tight race and anybody could have won.if pdp was the choice, how come over 50% of ihedioha votes emanated from the three mbaise lgas and 85% of his votes from owerri zone.why didn't he get the two requirement? Why didn't he secure a landslide victory like makinde, abdulrazak of kwara, inuwa yahaya of gombe or you don't know what choice means? Speaking of evidence, inec data shows that accredited voters in mbaise were less than 50,000 while half of the inec staffs were mbaise 1 Like |

Re: The 1952 Nigeria Ethnicity Census Result by senatordave1(m): 10:23am On May 23, 2020 |
Igbosmoker: Am coming sir...I know.bayelsa have a population of 2 million, not all are ijaws.let's say 1.7 mil are ijaws.in delta, ijaws dominate burutu, bomadi and patani lgas plus have a good number in warri north and south west lgas.that should place them at 700,000.in rivers, ijaws dominate asari toru, akuku toru, degema(though they claim Kalabaris but let's assume its ijaw),opobo nkoro, okrika, bonny,a good number in ogu bolu.this is about 1.5 million.ijaws in ondo are mostly in ese odo and ilaje and cannot be more than 300,000.ijaws in Edo and akwa ibom do not exceed 100,000.that's 4.3 while tivs are almost 5 million. |

pazienza:. AZIKIWE was busy applying divide and rule tactics against the IBIBIOS/EFIKs, he made sure the Ibibio Union was totally broken and promoted many chiefs to rival the Obong of Calabar. MuchAdo:My friend, you are claiming igbo but I'm yet to see the igbo blood in you. Ohaneze Ndiigbo has been clamouring for a transparent census that includes ethnicity, religion, but Nigeria government is shying away from it. Igboland is not south east and the thread is talking about ethnic census not regional census. Its only the igbos who demand a transparent census with ethnicity and religion in Nigeria, it's only the igbos who demand for equity and justice in Nigeria, It's only the igbo who demand for fairness and level playing ground. Because they know they are the largest single ethnic group in Nigeria, they know they can do better, they know they can play well, but other Nigerians are shying away from it. Some hide under one Nigeria to form sophistication. I sensed your base is not in igboland that's why you are talking ill of igbo self determination. One thing you must know is those who are agitating for Biafra are by far more than all you outside igboland. The well being of millions of igbos in igboland is much more important than the investments you are trying to protect. 1 Like |

Igbosmoker: We are talking of those in Nigeria.this is just my own estimates.urhobo have 8 lgas in delta to themselves plus they dominate warri south LGA in delta south.delta central is 2.1 million.if you add 50% of warri south,it will give you 2.3 million Bini dominate 7 lgas.there are a few igbanke or igbos, ijaws in this 7 lgas plus a large part of Bini land makes up Benin city and up to half of the people here or more are non indigenes.the population of those 7 Bini lgas is about 2 million and like I said a large number are settlers.there are also many settlers in urhobo areas like ughelli north, sapele, uvwie, udu but not as much as settlers in Bini areas.so you see, urhobos are more populous |
