Relax, the child will outgrow it, I have a neighbour whose three children all had it while they were still toddlers, today it's no more and she didn't do anything about it.
Once the child gets to 2 years you would hardly find it on the child, I guess this is your first child, its possible that your subsequent children may have it while growing up, so don't worry yourself and just take care of the child.

Go get moju powder, mix it with chloramphenicol and rub the baby's body..

Start rubbing native chalk on her and bath her with original black soap for now

- First step, stop using wipes.
- Wash with soap and water often.
- Use medicated powder. (medicated mentholated dusting powder).
- avoid covering baby soo much and emir the body.

Hi...I know very well that what I am about to tell you is well under the conventional way of treatment,but trust me on this.i have seen and dealt with this kind of skin problem..I felt the same way when I was told of the solution to this..I was skeptical at first..but it works perfectly for on my child.hera is the deal..there is a plant that produces a little round seed like a small Mellon(back in the days we use to play it as foot ball when we were growing up)it has dotted white and green,it grows on abandoned fences covered in bushes.its a creeping plant just like Mellon but smaller.you can buy it from the market(9ja) from those women that sells local herbs(just show them the pics and they will advice you accordingly).get like 2or3 and put each on the rooms the child regular enters(I will advice you buy one for each of your room) just place them in one corner of the room and see the magic in 3 or 4 days time.it has worked for me,I hope it works for you too

My dear, go and buy cacatin cream. Its sold for #50 use it on her and thank me later. You cover the baby too much. Like someone said , change her cream. Use original shelbutter or pure coconut oil as cream

Meaning what, I am talking from experience, what is wrong with soaking baby clothes with izal and after washing it, u rinse it two times, it will clear all the bacteria or germs so as to not to re-infect the baby again.

Stop using any baby soap for now. Visit those yoruba women that have shop where they sell Abo, explain to them. They will give you a soap for bathing your baby and also there is a flower almost like abicus flower. You will boil it and when it's warm or cool, you will be using it to bath your baby with the native soap.
I don't have the pics of the flower, but if you are interested l can tell you how to get it because it's very common

I would suggest you visit a dermatologist for proper check up. Or you can visit the yoruba local doctors for traditional treatment.
