The competition is between Google and Bing, because Bing powers almost all the other search engines (with the only exceptions of Yandex and Baidu), including DuckDuckGo!

there are some countries that restrict the information thier citizen could get with the help of goggle e.g north korea, china. And you could be easily tracked while using goggle.

Bro you do know google has to abide by the laws of the host country and cannot be held responsible or liable for anything an host country does with their masses privacy? Trust me bro you should be more wary of facebook those ones would sell your history, cookies, settings and data to the highest bidder like it is smoke fish in sabo market!

About the tracking I still find the location on my Android phone kind of intrusive they way the phone would be disturbing to on location all the time like it is religion I never on it, never! I find it intrusive because my iPhone has never ever given me that same prompt, once you set it off on IPhone it would never ask again unlike google
