Have u ever been to 9th mile ?
Let me not even call aba ..9th mile enugu is far far ahead of ore can be in the next 20 years

It's funny how people who have traveld to see both places would tell you something you that only seen one would say it's a lie
So because there’s 9th mile somewhere, no other place has the right to be another commercial hub

Nah them
don't blame him too much. some people don't entirely know why flyovers are needed.
most times, it is used to curb traffic because you can't just put traffic signs or roundabout

But he never compared Ore to be better than anywhere else.

Is it wrong for development to happen everywhere in the country? Let Ore be better as Ore. Let Aba be better as Aba. Let 9th Mile be better as 9th Mile. Let Apapa Port work. Let Calabar Port work. Let PH Airport work. Let Lagos Airport work.

When does brown roofs now translate to poverty? The East where there's no brown roofs, we see how they sell their birth rights for few litres of kerosene and a plate of Fufu. We don't do that here.

Please I'm from the east too. Please don't reply that fool anymore. He's a troll. It's people like him that give the impression that igbos are a hateful lots, which isn't true

Ore would soon become another commercial centre of Nigeria. Don't forget that Ore is also home to the new Ondo-Linyi Industrial Hub by Governor Akeredolu-led Administration.

Ondo-Linyi Industrial Hub currently houses more than 5 Industrial factories, including the Nigeria's Highest volume Cassava-Ethanol Factory, MDF and HDF Factory and the new Truck Assembly plant among others. All these new developments will transform Ore in no distant time.
Which ore will soon turn to an industrial hub.
I don’t understand why ppl like to deceive themselves unnecessarily. Truth of the matter is yorubas are not industrial in nature. We all know why Lagos is an industrial state ,cos Lagos is more like a no mans land. And it was developed by the fg n foreigners. As for ogun state ,it is industrial cos of its proximity to Lagos. Most of the industries there are owned by foreigners.
So the only way ore or ondo at large would be industrialized would be if ogun state becomes saturated like Lagos has become. Then industrialist in their quest for a location close to Lagos can now move to the next n closest state been ondo state.

Selling your birthright for kerosene is far better than selling your birthright for a loaf of bread n akara like we’ve been seeing in the south west recently.
At least looking for kerosene means you have food to cook, unlike fighting over a loaf of bread which portrays extreme poverty and quest for survival.

What is obtainable in the east?

You forgot the eastern part is the least populated place in Nigeria? South East is not productive, that's why the indigenes are running away, almost half of Igbos population are outside seeking refugee.

South East is the poorest region in southern Nigeria.

South East is now dragging igr with Boko Haram North east.

Stop deceiving yourself, igboland can't attract foreign investments, it a barren land with no access to sea and international border, no one want to leave there.

Show us something like this in igboland.
Keep deceiving yourself with photoshopped pictures . Every one knows Ibadan as the dirtiest city in Africa .
N for ur info the only city in the sw region comparable to any city in the se is Lagos the others are at best glorified towns or at worst slums. And for your info again , Lagos is not a Yoruba city, it is a city in the sw region in Nigeria developed by the fg, foreigners n igbos.
I challenge you to name any city developed by yorubas that can compete with these cities developed by Ndigbos..... Enugu, nnewi, Aba, owerri, Akwa,Onitsha, Abakaliki, Asaba n port harcourt.

Do you even know the enormous threat those Rusty corrugated roof pose on the life of Yorubas? With the evident poverty there, it is pretty obvious those people cannot access borehole water and thus will rely on rain water dropping from those Rusty roofs.
In the East, clean borehole water is the cheapest thing you can access. It is not even a luxury because most building have it done even before the building is erected and adorned with Modern new Zealand roofing sheets
You're very wrong there man, do you know that water is most times gotten for free or quite cheap here in the South west?? Except Lagos state though.
It is only in the South East that water is been sold and they collect water from their roof during rainy season. I'm currently serving at Enugu state and I've been buying water since I got here.

The East have water but they queue to sell their birth rights for a plate of Eba or Fufu and a litre of Kerosene. Kikikikikiki
East have water?? Enugu state has no good water supply, you pay to get access to even unclean water collected from the roof after rainfall.

Lol foreign investment ...why do you people even celebrate foreign investments

This is one thing I like about our people we don't give foreign investment many chances before they come we already have local companies doing it

A company which invest $50 million dollars into your economy would take $500 million out of it over 20 years ....but if it's a Nigerian or locals your economy would grow by 500 million dollars more

Ota would have close to the same industry as nnewi but you can't compare both why ? One is foreign investment one is local

I'm a believer in 100% Africapitalism

And as for night mile read about it ...

The industrial complex u just showed is almost same size as the one owned by master energy in abia
You're very right about the investment issue though.
