All the things I listed are already currently going well inspite of our erratic power supply. I am only advocating that FG and State government should by way of policy enthrone soft loans, incentives, standardization, etc to ramp up. If we wait till we have steady power, we won't go further.

Is there standardization of technology as far as those food processing machines are concerned? Do fabricators or technologists have easy access to capital to mass produce or make industrial version of those machine? Why are food and fruit harvests still waste in large quantity? Is there not a need to have a food processing policy?
