Using the report button doesn't seem to work anymore, at least on him.

You can simultaneously mail d mods (privately) on the respective section and on their profile pages as well.

Modified:
It works, it just takes a bit of perseverance as d mods (just 2 of them per section) have a lot on their plates. Between d time I first made this post yesterday (8:35pm Monday) and today (10:34am Tuesday) dt i modified it, dT moniker (tokoz50) and a newer one he just created this morning (islamrasul) have been banned.

Anywhere u notice his cancelling 'posts', whether its directed at u or not, just press d 'report rule 7" button. And if u have some extratime to spare, also send d mods a private mail on d section page (even if its a one liner) reporting the irritant.
The mods will finally get to see it/them.
