Yes I you have issues with our ethics. No doubt in public service everywhere Nigeria inclusive , if a public officer received a gift in his official capacity, he's under the law to declare it. But are we doing that?

That watch in question looks like an Audemars Piqued Royal oak and definitely limited edition piece, someone like Jonathan won't wear such a flashy watch.
