“For example, preparatory to the March 2015 presidential elections, NOI published in October 2014 the results of a “Viability Poll” which used the concepts of Familiarity and Net Favourability Position to survey.
In the results, NOI claimed that President Goodluck Jonathan has the best overall familiarity rating at 99% and Net Favourability Probability of ±25.

“By contrast, NOI dismissed the then All Progressives Congress candidate, Muhammadu Buhari as a “borderline candidate” who needed ” huge public relations” to shore up his performance.

“But when the Nigerian people went to the polls, who won? The APC candidate and now President, Muhammadu Buhari.
This is not the only instance when the NOI has turned its political bias in an election period to fraudulent statistics.

You guys should be very afraid now.. Especially since Peter Obi is the only Presidential candidate whose support base is increasing daily. The support base of other candidates is shrinking...

ANAP has always predicted right since 2011. They predicted PMB to win in 2015 and not GEJ.

The fear of the "Ruto effect" is sending shivers down the spine of the old horses.

The people are more concious,
The people are more willing,
The people have become the structure,
Don't be suprised to see apc/pdp combine to battle obi.
There is maximum fear in their camps.

This is an example of a reputable polling organization.

https://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/polls/
https://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/pollster-ratings/

- Their data is open and available for anyone to audit
- Several analyses have been made with their aggregates. Many of which proved correct.

Someone says he wants to make Nigeria better, but he wants to cheat his way to the top. Just like bringing illegal evidence to the courts.
A poll that cannot provide data on local government elections cannot provide "representative" data for presidential elections.

I don't even care. Wha I know is, as long as the roforofo within PDP persists, the chances of APC continue to look evermore brighter. smiley

I don't consider Pandora a threat even in the slightest bit of sense of it.

Nigerian leaders have so much believed in their powers to subvert the will of the people that facts no longer matter.

First of all, all polls in 2015 including our regular share and like on Nairaland was against Jonathan!

Every fact proved that Atiku won 2019 election but the result was obviously manipulated beyond reasonable doubt like they performed wonders in Imo State! And polls in 2019 favoured Atiku. The reason Atiku had to let go is because they(northern) made him a promise to rally around him come 2023. They never knew Obi will be coming! The only threat they saw was Osibanjo and they did everything to relegate him. God can't be fooled.

For the idiots shouting it's online poll! The people behind that online poll are voters, even though all may not vote, their choices reflects the choices of their friends and cycle!

This very last poll showed that the survey was clinically conducted. Atiku won very well where he should, Obi won where he was expected to, and Tinubu won where he was expected to.

The Advantage Obi has over the rest is the percentage of vote he is getting in South East and South South. South East is almost 100% like it's expected.
