Our interaction with a client last week. Not every client want to cut corners and some prefer to cut corners but dont know the implications attached to. Everybody wants to spend low, but the one kobo we cut today may result to one naira loss tomorrow. We are in the industry, it is our responsibility as a professional firm to educate our client on future occurrence. everything is not all about making a lot of money but gaining the trust of your client.

whenever a client wants a low clearing cost the duty gets tampered, agents smiles and customs gets happier and the client face the consequence. Not all client knows the amount to be paid on consignment, it is the responsibility of the clearing firm to advise on the way to go about it.
