Good morning. I received a call from the post office in Delta states about my parcel I order since March. The problem is before lockdown I went back to my state Edo state as a Corper. Although not to far from me, I do not want to travel back because there is interstate ban also I want to pay the woman at the post office to redirect it to Benin. I don't know which is better, to travel or just wait (which I can't anymore) or redirect it from there to Benin.

Oga I have an item that has been despatched to Nigeria since April 20th and yet to arrive while the one despatched to Nigeria on the 5th of may got here on the 17th. It is certainly not the seller's fault.

We're the ones with packages trapped somewhere. Aliexpress could trade with our money and make more millions with it while we wait. Even if we open dispute we get lesser amounts than we paid.

Who says? And AliExpress is to blame for that not our our economy? When you get more than you're charged at the initial, do you refund the excess to AliExpress/your bank? I'm sure you read the T & Cs of AliExpress before making your purchases. Stop talking as if you're been defrauded by AliExpress or any other person but yourself.

I'm not blaming AE.
Aliexpress is a large scale organization, and every organization like that should have a business continuity plan for the kind of crisis we're in right now. A solid BCP would've fixed the excessive delay problems but it's alright, what do I know.

We know its not their fault it has been stressed enough, we all knew what we were getting into, I have items from Feb&Mar still in transit, I'm not crying about them. Our very own Naija still adding massively to the problem so...
I know AE will modify some of its shipping methods after now, that's for sure.

those March despatched mad óò, get more than 7 orders wey don use minimum of 60 days in transit

no. I'm really pissed right now. Parcel can't take 3 days to arrive Nigeria and pass customs and take over a week to get to me from Lagos.
Contacted their customer representative and they said they have transferred it to my destination since Thursday last week. I'm supposed to get it today but I've not seen any call. So, I'm just waiting
