This thread is actually supposed to be mine because I became a Dad on children's day. The intermittent labour had been on for few days that I didn't even know what date and the significance until the baby boy finally arrived and someone told me that "Hey! Your baby has come to join other children of the world to celebrate Children's day" . I felt like "Oh, waoh! What a date to become a father?"

[quote author=RillJ post=90008459]The experience is indescribable!

I got to the hospital after some of my siblings had visited and left bu my son was reported to have slept all through. The moment I stepped into the room, my little boy welcomed me in a special way.
My wife suddenly screamed that I should look at him. Behold, my little angle had creased his forehead, leaving wrinkles across his angelic face for about 10 seconds.

Meanwhile, my wife used to get angry at me that I always like to crease my forehead which made me look old, according to her.

I can never forget that experience of seeing my first child. I felt special and huge gratitude to God that day and continue to remain grateful ever since.

To every man and woman out there praying for a child, may the God that never fails, whose mercies is new every morning, give you your testimonies in Jesus name.
AMEN

Sister J, bless the name of the Lord, for your season is come. AMEN

I danced during my labour for 9 hours , I didn't cry at all, I only danced when I feel the cramp. My younger sister thought I was beginning to have mental issues but we both gist During the labour and she was convinced that I was mentally OK. By 5:25 the pain so much that I went to bang the door to the matroon room and to God be the Glory by 5:35 the baby was out. One of the things that I still think about was that I was not tired through out the labour, I was really active but after childbirth I was completely weak, I held the wall back to the room and my son was brought to me, I was just looking at him while the nurse asked me to pray for him, I was just looking at him like so this is the person inside me, how did he manage to stay inside my stomach? I was like so I'm a mother now. To God be the Glory

Bro
You ain't the owner of that boobs
If that boobs is uncovered,
I don't think you will say exactly what you're saying now.
Unless I don't know what a sagged breasts looks like.
And I'd like you to please mind your business next time and stop quoting my comments cos I won't reply anymore before you say I insulted you.

Before he came, I was in labor and in excruciating pains, being a first timer I couldn't take it,I was mad and fought the midwives and nurses and yanked off the drip and everything then suddenly the pain that almost mad me run mad came and the baby came. Oh I felt like I just won a visa lottery.seeing my first son,so clean and mature with his eyes wide open and staring at the midwives after few seconds of wailing. I later did peace offering with the hospital staff with a carton of malt. That was when I decided that I'm no more giving birth but na lie o, I'm mama boys

I was filled with joy, I laid hands on my son and prayed for him.
I really couldn't sleep that night, I was just looking at him and smiling. One nurse was just shouting Madam u no go sleep? the funny part is Bobo was sleeping while mummy was busy
