Gurus in the house, what could be the cause?

My Infinix note 4 3/32g variant is not charging while on. it only charge if i switch it off... Any help will be appreciated

Hello @Micheezy7 The Charging port Panel is faulty & needs to be replaced. Visit our service centre for assistance asap!

Bro, have you tried other chargers? If you've tried other chargers and still no improvement, I'd suggest you take the phone to a reputable engineer and have it fixed.

By all means, avoid going to carlcare if you value your time and your sanity.

Does it pop up "OTG connect" a form while the phone is on? Bcs I've got solution for you

I am facing the same issue here and yes it do pop up OTG connected successful. how can I resolve it please?

I also have the same problem.. but not identical I have to put my phone in flight mode bfor the battery begins to charge it's also a Infinxi note 4
