You have not been following the news?

10 units of L-39ZA have been since retrofitted for combat and have currently replaced the F-7NI in combat roles.

The F-7NI is currently undergoing deep maintenance by CATIC in Nigeria.

Unlike Super Tucanos used by other countries in Africa, Nigerian Super Tucanos come with added amour protection for the pilots.




Note the additional side amours by the cockpit.

the platform that's going to be first replaced will be the Alpha jet not too soon but soon
While the AeroL39 albatross is going to remain for some time as a trainer.
As for the F7ni I can't remember what was said about it.
I don't know why NAF took the 10 year strategic plan off the net can't find em anywhere
