I'll offer simple solutions for this going by our present constitution

*Each commiunty up north should come together and formulate a simple seciurity architecture

*A Single Barrel gun and Pump action guns cost withing N200k - to N350k ,barrel gun catridges cost 8k per pack of a dozen, Gun Lisence cost less than 50k at Police State Command Totalling 500k per fully loaded gun 500k * 4 guns = 2milion nairea per comiunity

*An Average commiunity in the north has atleast 10,000 occupants and villagers, N2,000,000 cost of arms and amunation / 10,000 vilagers = N200 per villager
