So 1gb of data is now #100 ba??

Do you know what #1000 can do to some families right now??

Don't argue blindly. Be objective. If some families are poor and cannot afford Android phones or any device with which to access online teaching, it will not exclusively be the fault of COVID-19. It may be a contributing factor, as in it may aggravate the degree of impoverishment but it is NOT a fault of COVID-19. Nigera as a country is flawed from time immemorial, Ok ? Everybody is managing. Moreso you can get 1GB at #350 now. Ask around please, Ese....and you don't have to bother about me again biko.Thanks.

Naturally, as a parent, you should be more concerned about the safety of your children than their education. When safety is ensured, you can always take care of their education. I really don't understand why some of you people are in such a haste to see schools reopened. Is it more than ABC and 123 that students learn in school?
Tiil when safety is assured (which is probably not dis year), so we should lockdown ourselves at home coz of fear of d unknown right? I'll never be a party to that, Countries dat have resumed school, did u hear of any mass infantile demise? Alaye cut it, dis thing might even ravage for d next two years, so we should wait for it to reduce abi dats d dumbest thing we can ever do, it's not going anytime soon bro, we should be d one to learn adaptation, it's not u guys fault Sha, it's d illusion NCDC Is painting in front of u people.

touote author=martineverest post=90054268]such a selfish thinking[/quote]

U are the selfish thinker here.
Whether school remains closed or not the numbers will keep increasing in an alarming rate.

What's the point of locking schools down?Did govt lock schools down to protect the school building or children.U and I know it was locked for the safety of children.
It was closed to stop them from contacting the virus by staying at home safely..Which is good.
But the children u are trying to protect are still moving around freely.
Some follow there parents to market, some go on errand to market and mix with different kind of people, some hawk tinz around, while some enter public transport. In all what I mentioned they still go back home with out falling victim to the virus.

Its not as if children are all locked up in there houses in this lockdown. They move around like every other person. So why continue holding them down when they are moving around freely doing nothing and havent contacted the virus.

Some have even joined criminal gangs, while some go around robbing innocent people because of idleness.

The virus is here to stay for a long time so let's learn to live with it. Becos they can't remain at home for long.

There is no point in locking schools when the children u are trying to save are still moving around.Teachers need to feed. Some last received there salary on Feb.if u are one of them how will u feel..show sympathy.
Many people are out of job waiting patiently for schools to resume so they can apply for job.

To me sonwu olu is the only reasonable governor.

Open the schools. If you don't want your kid to go, they should stay at home. Some people are actually earning from the schools too. It's not compulsory and moreover some parents want their kids to go to school sef

Speak for yourself pls. No sane parent would want their kids to go back to school because school owners n teachers are hungry. Children often get sick as soon as school opens because they mix with other children who may have one infection or d other, talk more of this Covid Era. God forbid I allow my children resume school now until I'm very sure the cases have gone very low. Those clamoring for resumption r the hungry n selfish teachers n school owners. F_ck them all

Another hungry teacher spotted. It's best u go look for business to be doing till a new session resumes by September rather than crying n arguing so hard for govt to open schools now. As a parent, I have zero my mind about 3rd term. My children will only resume school by September. Even if Govt likes, let them open d schools, that's their fucken business. My children r already doing well with their everyday free online classes n we r good with that. Only selfish hungry teachers clamor for schools to open n even if schools r opened, the teachers n school owners should get ready to teach themselves

Schools, especially pricate schools only want the extortion to continue in the name of school fees. No logical government will ask schools to resume at this time. Who will coordinate young children who cant stay safe independently? Many of the tertiary and secondary students will have to travel to various states for school. Does that mean the interstate travel ban will be lifted too. The teaching sector needs to know they are as affected as other sectors too. Ask entertainment and events? Nobody is screaming parties and shows should commence. Open schools and get ready to start reading 5000 daily new cases.

God bless u jare. Good points

Oga don't mind them, one thing i noticed about Nigerians is that they tend to disrespect and trow insult at people who they believe their job don't pay well.

The only reason they disrespect and insult teachers is because teacher do earn little amount of money as salary.

This same guy no matter how much he earn at one time might have been broke, hungry and earns little, but he believe people passing through the same phase of life he once passed through are scums.
