if the account you paid to didn't have issue 3, then it's wrong account. Although na government still get that account, I don't know how easy you will solve this problem.

Please have you gotten any official response from stanbic stockbroker after submitting your filed form and fund transfer receipt? If not when is it likely we get notification for sukuk from them.

I have tried the mobile app and website to see if there is option to set my transfer limit. I did not succeed so, i decided to split my payments and save the receipts/transfer. You may need to visit the bank or still try to send mail, asking if it can be possible to set it online due to skeletal service they are offering now.

5 years ago dollar here was at N216/$, now dollar is N440/$.

Does it mean in 5 years time dollar could be N880/$.
That means if you convert and invest N5m ~ $11,111 in Sukuk bond, after 5 years interest on 5 years will be N2.8m then reconvert capital + interest to USD i.e N7.8m/N880 = $8,863.

It will feel like I swallowed my pride after 5 years.

Stanbic IBTC internet/web transfer can be increased to maximum of N5 Million. This can be done in the banking hall. To do that you will have to sign an indemnity form with a witness before they can activate it for you.

You did not include N3.9 million rental income earned over the 7 years into your calculation, which you have the option of spending, reinvesting or both

Yes, you are right, you will get an allotment advice if successful. What happens if not successful? Never experienced that anyway. I guess you will be notified still and refunded.

Stanbic IBTC mutual fund wan spoil show for me for this SUKUK. Trying to redeem my funds since last week Thursday and nothing up until now. I am sooooooo disappointed in their service this time. It has been great before now though. Are they trying to intentionally delay this so i miss out? Hmmmm. Anyone with escalation details? Maybe a senior staff? The customer care staff and my account officer have not been too helpful so far. I just need my money to meet the deadline.

Thanks, i have been doing that oooo. I hope they come through sha. To clarify, it was a paper redemption and they said it is normally processed within 5 business days. I guess the public holidays this week contributed to the delay as well. But it has never taken this long since i have been with them. I will send another mail now.
