First floor roofing done... pent floor roofing kicks as the gatehouse progresses alongside the septic.
Mechanical and electrical works moves simultaneously as well.

The work is neat, what is the thickness of the decking slab?

I noticed that pattern for the first time in Abuja and it seems commonly used there.

Even presently in majorities of the Lagos island estates.... 4after lintel as well but not a fan of 4.... 3 is better for me.

4 coaches after lintel could look nice depending on the design I guess, tall windows and a nice porch could give it an excellent look.....U did a good job on this project.
