Yesterday,On punch,it was recorded that Borno state discharged 135 COVID-19 patients and lagos discharged 29 COVID-19 patients, but the latter release from NCDC stated that only 105 patients were discharged from the country. Can anyone explain this?

Clearly ncdc hasn't been updated on that  . Just the way NCDC reports deaths before states officially do. |
