Please enlighten us, we're here to learn
Some of them actually form coronavirus because they don't have money to treat themselves for the ailments they already suffer from. The FG is using original and branded drugs which are very expensive to treat underlying illnesses of coronavirus patients for free. So if you are positive, your treatment is free automatically. Hope you get the gist.

I know someone who was declared positive. He has a history of liver and kidney issues. Due to the lockdown, he's been drinking more than necessary and then came down with issues. When he got to the hospital, he couldn't afford the pills, suddenly he was declared positive and then taken in for treatment. About a week later he came out negative. Now, if you know how coronavirus is, you'll agree that someone with underlying health issues can't be ok within jus a week. Though i'm not saying that's how all of them are, but some of them are like that.

Note also that all those who came in contact with him, none of them have tested positive or shown any symptoms so far.

“The story of the 82-year-old widow who recovered from the dreaded coronavirus provides a glimmer of hope, considering that she is a hypertensive patient on medication,” he said.

Although when she arrived at our Isolation centre on the 13th of May, she had no cough, difficulty in breathing, sore throat, fever or anosmia associated with the virus except for diarrhoea and we successfully treated her for it and she was stable all through the period of hospitalisation.
She was discharged less than 3 weeks afterward? Was she only treated for diarrhea then?
