One thing I understand is that, we were fed by transion when we needed dual sim (Portability) and big battery(epileptic power supply) in Nigeria, but right now, we have gone beyond just wanting to carry multiple SIM cards in one phone and been able to use our phones for two days or more on a single charge (unlike the blackberry, iphone and Samsung of then)

They were there from the beginning with affordable phones when the likes of Samsung, blackberry, iPhone and Nokia had exorbitant prices..

but now there is better competition, other phone manufacturers Like Xiaomi, oppo etc are coming into the Nigerian market with much budget friendly smartphones with better better specs, even the mighty Samsung are making budget friendly yet feature rich phones now.

When it was just transion, they enjoyed monopoly and that gave room to extortion but now in the face of multiple players in the smartphone production.. they(transion) should improve..

If tecno and infinix, makes phones with good processors (the likes of snapdragon 600, 700 series at least, Even the mtk G90t etc), makes phones with amoled screens, add fast charging capabilities, etc there wouldn’t be all these hating and competition et all, tech savvy Nigerians like those on our beloved NL will use there products and talk good about it..

Lastly, however Xiaomi, oppo, Samsung etc manages to make such specs in a smartphone and still keep the prices below 100k, transion should borrow a leaf from them..

i bought it for 138k and 3k for shipping.

When u see phone like this with this kind of price, why won't u be angry with trassion and the online hypes. i v been a victim of such hype and i know how it gave me headache. it is just normal human feeling that u gets angry about something unjustified and the scheme is still going for more than 6years.
in the process of trying to confrant them with fact, it turn out to be bashing.

Many of us don't use Xioami, like i v said b4 some are even using tecno while others are using different brands but xiaomi is the easiest refrence point. If i mention realme or iqoo or vivo, how many people knows it but we can easily compare xiaomi and anybody can easily verify the claim even on jumia.

Why will u not be tempted to talk when somebody claimed a product has 4 cameras and sings praises of the camera to high heaven but in reality it is just 2 cameras with 2013 sensors, it looks as if u are decieving innocent people.

Note 7 try but it is not competition at all, it can only be compare to xiaomi note 7 of last year in socs but cant match it in other aspect, gorilla glass, 409ppi etc.
can u compare it to note 8 pro, not 9 series etc, specs for spec they are not mate and in pricing, one is value for money.

The only thing i appreciate is that Ifinix has started improving in chips aspect unlike in the past, they needs to improve in other aspect such as display, fast charging, updates and finally pricing.

I think Xiaomi also started from 0 and so does every brand. The fact that they are bringing some good Mediatek chipsets and powerful specs will offer them better credibility in future. Remember, Xiaomi was nothing in front of Samsung once.
