My cousin always makes sounds when sleeping, both at night n during the day. I get scared hearing it, like his in freight and I'll have to wake him up out of fear of the unknown. He'll wake up and i expect him to say what the dream is all about but he won't and go back to sleep. Anyone who knows if it's health wise related or spiritual something?

I used to do this before

please allow him to sleep in peace

It is a sleep disorder. As long as it does not affect your overall quality of sleep i.e. you wake up feeling well-rested, you are not battling sleep during wakeful hours, and so on. You may not need to worry about it.

I think is just a life style of some people because I have come in contact of many people that do that while sleeping.
But, does your cousin talk too much when he is awake? I mean during the day.

It is not spiritual at all. Over here in Nigeria & Africa at large, we are quick to term everything spiritual.

What you have is a sleep disorder. it is a form of Narcolepy known as "Microsleep" where you tend to function (talk or pick things) in your sleep.
