The sad truth is that, as Nigeria is presently configured it can not effectively run a national carrier. Just the proposed Air Nigeria that never took off, you read the billions of naira that was misappropriated.

there is more to what we are seeing concerning the role of air peace in the evacuation of Nigerians abroad.It is very very suspicious.Even with the abscence of a national carrier it is the Nigerian Airforce that are supposed to perform that compulsory role.Which they used to do before even to ferry national and football teams to other countries.The Nigerian Airforce have the said planes as the C-130 Military tactical transport Aircraft.Somebody up is benefiting from this said racket of the use of air peace with the use of the NAF it is different as it is no commercial interest.Mind you it is not that i did not applaud the air peace efforts ,but in view of a critical post i responding to.What really happened to our Nigerian Airways one of the best then in African and with high rating all over the world.Despite all cant something be done all these years to refloat our national airways. it is our national identity like the Nigerian Army,Nigerian dis ,Nigerian that
