Okay!!! The rona is f**ing up all travel plans.. Never wanna venture anywhere far till things ease up little bit more bro. We have a large Nigerian community here and i know there are lot of good folks from the place.
I know that. My brother years ago used to live in Northern Virginia before he moved his family to Marietta, Georgia. I used to visit him in Virginia which is very close to you. That's a beautiful part of the Fruited Plains.

Howard University students are marching towards the White House. I hope they keep it as civil as they can. No looting and no destruction of properties. Protesting and critiqueing our leadership is the highest form of patriotism.

The Trumpvirus is still working . Let me give you the statistics in case you are not aware. 104.000+ Americans dead and sadly many more thousands will die. 41+ millions filed for unemployment benefits and many millions more are on the queue. 20% unemployment rate and will probably go up. America debt is $25 Trillion and growing. Bottom line, America is mourning and America in chaos. Tell me how your idol Trump will win reelection with that number. No president in almost 244 years of American history ever win reelection with that number. Will wait for your reply.

First they burned down our economy, impoverishing millions through the lie of coronavirus virulence. Now they support burning down entire cities. This year has been an act of war against Donald Trump and the people that voted for him.

The Democrats are truly evil.

Yes his life matters. He's a hero and no one sane support any one losing his life. Still waiting for the answer to my question about Antifa being labeled terrorist group by Trump and Nazis and White Nationalists are good people. If you think Trump will win in Nov with all the dire economic indices, you don't know America. Americans worship their money and when economy is tanking, Americans will pass a judgement on who is running the country and I can safely tell you it will be a damning verdict regardless of who the president is.

The United States Department of Justice has ordered the 56 regional Joint Terrorism Task Forces to identify and apprehend Antifa leaders and their connected groups.

Amen to that. I am helping in registering young people to vote in Nov and that's something I have never done in my life. We have a chapter here in Chicago and so far we have registered about 30.000 young ones mostly Blacks and Hispanics and a lot of White young ones too. It's their future and they have to fight for it.
What you are doing is usually what we Nigerians do not do. We don't understand our responsibility in electing our leaders, then when we get bad leaders, we react as if Martians voted them to rule over us. So, well done, and I wish you success.

My single concern stems from the 2004 election where Bush Sr beat John Kerry. Bush was populist and Kerry sounded far too intellectual for the American electorate, it seemed. I kept feeling not many understood him everytime he spoke, and he went on to lose to Bush. Same fear I have for November 2020. Though Biden isn't as savvy as Kerry, Trump's nothing barred campaign could easily stymy Biden, in my opinion, since there's no way he'd be as dirty as Trump, and the majority of Americans seem rather dumb and easily accepting of "alternative facts" (though I hope I'm proved wrong), which is why what you are doing counts a lot.

Please know that even while your response is to particular people on here, its the world wide web, and people from all over the world get to read you too, and how one sounds counts as far as people with brains are concerned.

I wish us luck.

No single American I know of his afraid of Trump not to talk of the Justice Department and it's leader Barr. That's the beauty of our Democracy. All the Trump lovers need to do if they don't believe is go to trump's Twitter page and see how Americans are giving it to him left and right without hiding their identity. All the shout of Lock her up against Hillary during the 2016 campaign is just noise from a circus barking carnival Trump. Almost four years in office and Hillary still walking around. That's democracy for you right there not like Buhari that will do operation wipe them out on Kanu and his followers or Obasanjo with operation wipe them out at Odi. You guys should fight your government to make Nigeria better instead of backing a vile racist Divider in Chief Trump that we will throw out in Nov into the sewage.

Americans, do not despair. The whole world bear with us because help is on the way. Noon Jan 20, 2021 at the steps leading up to The Capitol will be morning in America again when Biden will be number 46 and we will start rebuilding our beautiful country and start making alliances all over the world.

I wish young Nigerians take over by voting out all these old guard politicians that have proofed over decades that they can't run the country properly. N8geria and Nigerians deserve better than these inept Thieflicians stealing the country into bankruptcy.

Trump in 2014 when Obama was President.

It always looks easier when someone else is in charge.

Don't mind them. If only Trump had won the 2016 election, he would have been President in charge of the economy and how the country reacts to the coronavirus pandemic and the burning of cities, then we could have seen how he would have handled this better. But since he did not win in 2016 and isn't the President of the United States of America, he can hardly be held responsible for what happened on his watch.

We will take over when we realise its us who suffer most from bad leadership. You just wait till we rely start suffering (we aren't yet despite what anyone might think), then we will be the change we want to see.

Your Obama said Trump won't be able to revive the manufacturing sector, Trump came and he did it.
Trump's administration added 6.7 million jobs, and unemployment fell to the lowest rate in half a century.
The percentage of Americans living with income below the official poverty line went down to 11.8% of the population in 2018, the lowest level since 2001.
Sales and production of guns pulled back under Trump, after surging to record levels during your Obama years.
Stock prices continued their decade-long rise with Trump in office, setting new records last year and then again in the new year.
Defeated ISIS caliphate and took out al-Baghdadi.

These are numbers you asked for. Unlike Obama who goes around bombing and killing innocent children in the middle East, destroying nations and families. in saner climes, Obama should be facing genocidal crimes.

You don't know Jack about America except the garbage you want to believe. Let me give you a short story while Obama was elected twice overwhelmingly by popular and electoral votes unlike Trump who lost popular votes by almost three million votes. During the last year of George W presidency in 2008, America was losing an average of 700.000 jobs monthly and the blue chips companies were going belly up and all the three major car manufacturers were about to declare bankruptcy. The stock market was barely 7.000 and the CPI was tanking. Unemployment rate was over 10%. Obama came up and worked with the Congress and stock market was 18.000 points when he handed over. The three car manufacturers were financially viable and paid their govt backed loans back. Unemployment rate came down to 5% and 40 million Americans uninsured get ACA also known as Obama care. The Consumer Price index went up and America deficit went down tremendously. If you need more I will give you. So stop posting junk here. Plus Obama created over 14 million jobs consecutively over 8 years.

Very true sir, the auto bail out by Obama for Chrysler and GM and supplier sections of the motor manufacturers in early 2009 saved over 1m jobs in the US and in other parts of the world. That act alone by Obama gave him a resounding 2nd term victory even though it happened during his 1st term.

Similar scenario during Chartlotteville in 2017 is playing out again this time, Trump has not made any public statement yet about what has been happening this week. But he is active on twitter.

Spot on. Not only did Obama bailed out the car manufacturers, the US govt made billions of $ on the loans they gave out to the car manufacturers . These trolls will just Google their junks from Obama hating right wing blogs and post it on nairaland for the likes they desire from their friends.

I have said it so many times before, there is nothing presidential about Trump. In times of crisis, president is that calming voice and the conscience of the Nation but Trump believe he's the president of White people in Republican States. Nov 3rd on my mind.

America is like a war zone right now and the president is in the White House tweeting his presidency away. How come he can't make a National speech to calm the situation down instead of putting gas on the fire.

The thing is, it's Trump we're talking about. A national speech by him probably would put gas on the fire. Him being quiet about it is probably the best thing he can do to calm the situation down.

He is not disciplined enough to calm the situation. Any president will come out and give a soothing and comforting message to Americans but a rable rouser like Trump can not do that on his best day.
