Until Nigeria Becomes A Top Five Global Economy The Negro Will Continue To Be Tr by Nobody: 4:18pm On Jun 01, 2020
1) No matter how much we protest about it, the reality remains that the rest of the human race refuses to recognise negroid people as fully-fledged homo sapiens. There is no evidence out there to suggest that this will change any time soon
(2) Nobody will ever admit this in public but Caucasians regard negroes as something of a link between humans and other primates. We are seen as a higher ape than the ourang outang, gorilla, chimpanzee, etc but are not fully paid-up homo sapiens like say Slavs or Scandinavians
(3) You just need to look at the trans-Atlantic Slave Trade if you want evidence of this. One species does not enslave its own on such an industrial scale. You only do that to those you consider lesser animals or beasts of burden. Kind of like the way we treat horses, oxen, donkeys and reindeers
(4) It was actually very easy to regard sub-Saharan Africans as lesser beings because when the Europeans arrived on our continent, our grandest buildings were built of mud. In contrast, Europe, the Incas, Chinese, Indians, Arabs, Asian Buddhists, etc had castles, temples, palaces, etc built of stone, granite, ivory and timber
(5) If we want to be honest with ourselves, we Africans have not done enough to dispel all those concepts. Our continent remains the poorest on earth, we account for less than 3% of world trade, we manufacture next to nothing, have no global brands, are a dumping ground for goods produced elsewhere and survive by selling primary commodities to which we add no value
(6) Put yourself in the position of the Caucasian for a minute and look at Africa. How on earth can people who cannot even maintain refineries or distribute electricity claim to be equals with those who maintain space stations, manufacture nuclear weapons and land on the moon?
(7) It is no surprise that everyone else has joined in the caricature of the African. Asians like the Indians, Chinese, Indonesians, Malaysians, etc all now treat us with the same disdain as Caucasians. Covid-19 just brought biases to the fore
(cool I put it to you all that Negroid people would not be regarded as such inferior beings if say five of the top global automobile brands were produced by African nations
(9) China and Japan in particular have forced the Caucasian world to respect them and India is now in the process of doing so, especially with its Tata Industries. If we want similar respect, we simply have to earn it. We are deluded if we think it will be given or if Caucasians will suddenly just develop a guilty conscience
(10) As Africa’s largest country, biggest economy and continental powerhouse, Nigeria shoulders the burden of the negro globally. Until Nigeria becomes a top five global economy with brands like Toyota, Mercedes, Bosch, Microsoft, Phillips, Cadbury, Nestor, Luis Vitton, Armani, etc, Black people will continue to be treated with disdain globally. As far as I am concerned, Nigeria has to assume its fair share of the blame for the police murders in the US. How come Chinese and Indian Americans are not treated with such disdain?

True talk. The negro race hasn't contributed much to civilization.

Majority of us are greedy, that's why we're among the most corrupt nations. Superstition has it's own fair share in our backwardness.

Imagine spacex was a Nigerian company with 90% indigenous staff, the black race would have some respect.

The whole world will be even if we have an international treaty compelling all governments to depend for revenue, on income tax and not natural resources.

Yet nairalanders biggest problem today, is that a Yoruba governor employed an Igbo girl.

That thread is 14 pages long now and counting...

Negros being Negros

If those ones had the chance, won’t they sell the other tribes into slavery? Just as blacks captured and sold other blacks in the past.

So OP, I feel you’re pain.

i also have this assessment.
Until we are great enough to provide alternative for this black people all over the world, that is when they can have a say.
Some years back American Chinese were persicuted by American government, top American Chinese scientist in NASA was removed from his position and Chinese government immediately called him and created China National Space Administration because of him.

Until we are at this level, blacks in America will not have vioce.

Only biafra can do that undecidedThe desire to solve a problem and sell the solution to make money is inbuilt in the genes of an Igbo man .give us BiAfra and watch the black man create the first industrial African nation.

All hail BiAfra.

As long the blackman fails to develop its own, he will continue to be disrespected. Even though racism can't be eradicated, development will go a long way in managing it.

My take is that the black race shouldnt seek to be accepted,we should seek to progress on our terms,we do not need global acceptance, any other race that tries to Bleep with me will be destroyed.

Also OP the war by the black race is a very deep brutal war that will take alot to win,we have to fight a long and hard war and win many battles. Its not an easy race by any means,we have to take cognisance of that fact,we have so many internal issues to deal with before the external issues, its not going to be easy, pls give black people a break .we have come a long way

No doubt ibos are the most industrious, but hardwork isn't shrewdness, that is what lacking, all those things u mentioned can be achieved if your leaders are willing, not because of lack of fed govt support

Insightful! But if you are still nursing any hope for Nigeria, then you are living in self-delusion! You will die and come back to life 12 times before the current Nigeria with this current political structure makes any impact in the world

This is the reason mandela said we let the entire black race down. Imagine africa not having permanent seat on the UN security council.

Is Africa organised enough for that?
imagine within a country we are even fighting each others, tribalism, religious sentiment and religious motivated killings, lack of infrastructure, Yoruba, Igbo and Hausa cant see face to face, community within igbo or Yoruba fights each other etc.

Like i v been saying, our fore fathers failed those black Americans by selling them into slavery and our generation failed them by not creating a condutive enviroment for them to have alternative chioce.

I was discussing on quora with some Chinese and he made me realised that his a sigaporian Chinese but he has already set up his base is China but he is only waiting for his wife's approval to finally move to China, many non China based but etnic chinese said same thing.
Can Jazy thinks of setting up his investment in Nigeria or Ghana with the hope of convincing beyonce to move down, can Puff daddy move his headquarters to South Africa or Egypt with the hope of convincing his children to move there or can Ben carson set up his hospital in Kenya or Ethopia with the hope that his wife and children will follow him down?
This are the questions we must be able to provides answer for if we want blacks to be respected over there.
