I have been meaning to ask this question before.
In UK the queen is the overall ruler but only in the Traditional region. While PM Bosris Johnson is the head in Government and Political affairs in Britain. So who has the utmost power between the two?

The Queen is more powerful
She can't be arrested
She can kidnapp a kid without been prosecuted
Her portrait is on the currency
MP's and PM sworn allegiance to her.

The queen owns UK,she owns every land in UK, she approve the prime minister

The prime mister has more power, the queen has more honour.

Boris has driver licence , Visa, etc the qween dosent. Infact all official giving re done in her name.

No she doesn't! Her people chose the Prime Minister by telling her whom they want through democratically held elections. She then asks the people's choice to form a government if they can. If they can't, she calls on the people's second choice to form a government, and so on until a government is formed.

I wonder why you'd want us to ask Gordon Brown. He lost his majority and was therefore not eligible to govern.

Nothing. Though the Prime Minister can not decree, and the Queen usually would not refuse to give Royal Assent.

The PM needs a majority in the House of Commons to pass legislation, and in the House of Lords.
