You are like those who believe that because they ran 100metres in school, then athletics is easy. There is something called the "running form" in athletics. If you do just a day's training, then you will understand that the running you did in interhouse sports competitions back in primary and secondary school was not running at all, but fun. Same way you will know that the preparation for street football is nowhere as rigorous as preparing even for a friendly.
