That was years ago today they only occupy the borders of lake chad, their main bases are the islands of lake chad, stop lying the Nigerian government has gone on a massive offensive and pushed them very far back, and by your same logic America’s military is weak because they were unable to defeat ISIS right. And finally Boko Haram is supported by the French and american, you may not know but it serves a purpose for them, for Africa to stay underdeveloped it make sit easier to exploit them for resources, Nigeria is one of the only countries stopping this, being a large political influencer and powerful black nation if they ever get a competent leader and develop, they will kick out America, so destabilizing the country is one of the only ways to stop that from happening. Same applies to Kenya and Iran who do you think funded the taliban and al shabaab than they pretended to help. Nigeria has drones and military satellites we shove do have intelligence services that is how we have been bombing Boko Haram settlements for the last three weeks, and have been able to invade them with ground troops as well. The government is trying to get 5-8 military satellites by 2025 and bring in more drones and fighter jets soon Nigeria will be sending aircrafts to other countries to help them with terrorism.
