There are many health benefits attach to regular exercising, regardless of age, sex, health complications or even physical ability.

Exercising regularly is a big part of a healthy lifestyle and it is advisable that you stick to it for a healthier life.

There are many reasons to exercise, most people exercise to lose weight, eventually losing weight is just part of the cheese. If your only goal is to lose weight, you might not eventually stick to your workout schedule. So it’s important to know the benefits of exercising as it will keep you motivated and stick to your regular regimen.

Most importantly your exercise routine should be based on the your health status and age. Everyone, no matter what his/her physical condition are, can definitely engage in some form of exercise.
