The forceful ones mostly happen outdoor. The indoor ones are very few but the highest percentage of rape outcry comes from the indoor, and medical examination is unfit to ascertain it. Most indoor rape outcries are fabricated.

You will have to present evidence of rape, you can't just tell the judge you were raped and they will just sentence the person. For where that one they happen?
Both of them will get a lawyer that's how it plays.

Either ways, we all know there are more male rapists in the society, so no need to go back to that, but rape under the law is not just about overpowering and forcefully having sex with the opposite gender. There's something called statutory rape which a lot of women are also guilty of. So let's not even discuss much cos I don't have the energy to argue...

Don't mind him...even from the medical aspect, a woman can forcefully use a love machine(rubber preeeq) on her self to fake or imitate injuries consistent with rape. How would a man prove his innocence?

Even in advanced countries average jail time for rape is less than 7 years but rape that leads to death or lifetime health issues should be more severe. Getting raped by someone with HIV should be a death penalty and so on.
