can he sue her for defamation when he has already defamed himself ? U hv to prove to the court without reasonable doubt. If there is a slightest doubt that u did it . U will serve time . Another bullshit argument, when you accuse someone burden of proof is on the accuser not the defendant. Anyone can be accused of anything, I can accuse you of being responsible for murder, if all I have is my testimony and the fact that you tweeted "I can kill someone that betrays me" then are you telling me the court will land you in jail for that? BULLSHIT!

is like saying on Twitter, “I killed my brother “ while ur brother is actually died, “it’s good to be a killer “, “I love killing “ “I am a killer” and u expect the court of law to believe it’s just a tweet. Then hving a key witness in the case . U are already in jail . Don’t call it rubbish , it’s fact . The tweet and that girl’s testimony can send him to jail.

I ask you again, if he was asked what was the motive to his tweets what would he say ?

What a useless analogy! Where's the key witnes? Can a dead brother testify? The key witness cannot be the accuser, that's like having no witness at all. Damn it's like I'm talking to a tree here, do you even analyze your thoughts before writing them down?

I can see this argument is leading no where cause u are very ignorant, if someone saw him leaving he’s house at the particular time with blood on his hands and the man is found dead few minutes, that’s a witness and could also be an accuser , if he’s the one that called him out. In the rape case I used the word testimony and these tweets... this argument is pointless . I hope he takes her to court so we could see the outcome . But we both know he won’t .

Mind you a witness don’t need to be someone physically there , it can be someone collaborating her story with some facts.
